Muhammad Ramadan Saifuddin received his Ph.D. degree from Newcastle University, UK, in 2020 where his research areas of interest include transactive energy and control system, and emerging low-voltage power converters for renewable energy integration. Thereafter, he joined as a postdoctoral researcher at Advanced Digital Sciences Centre, Singapore, where he worked on modelling cybersecurity threats in power system control centres. Currently, he is a Research Fellow I in SUTD supervised by Associate Professor Binbin Chen, tasks to evaluate real-time impacts of cyber-attacks on cyber physical power systems and defender model validations. He also currently serves as a Secretary for IEEE Power and Energy Society, Singapore Chapter.
