COL Charles Ngoh Sien Sen, Head SCG3, Future Systems and Technology Directorate (FSTD) of the Ministry of Defence (Mindef), passed away on 25 March 2017.
COL Charles oversaw the operations of iTrust. His continued support and advice played a significant role in the growth and success of iTrust.
