By Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) train
The Changi Airport MRT station is accessible by foot from Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. All the trains and gantries at the stations are luggage-friendly. Take the train to Tanah Merah station and transfer to the East-West line bound for the city. Alight at Outram Park station and walk 15 minutes to the hotel.
By Public Bus
Take public bus service 24 from the airport’s basement bus bays at Terminals 1, 2 and 3. The first bus arrives at around 5.30am and the last leaves at 11.00pm. Alight at “After GE Life Centre (stop #82069)”. At the same stop, board bus service 51 and alight at “Holiday Inn Atrium (stop #06141)”. Walk 3 minutes to the hotel.
The total journey duration to the conference hotel (Grand Copthorne Waterfront Singapore) is about 1 hour 40 minutes. Payment is by cash (please prepare exact fare as no change will be given) or stored-value EZ-Link card, which can be purchased from any Changi Recommends store or the Changi Airport MRT station.
By Taxi
There are taxi stands at the Arrival levels of each Terminal. A ride to the hotel takes about 25 minutes and costs between S$25 and S$40. Fares are metered and there is an additional Airport surcharge for all trips originating from the Airport:
- $5 Airport surcharge: 5.00pm – midnight (Fri – Sun)
- $3 Airport surcharge: All other times
- Midnight surcharge of 50% of final metered fare: midnight – 6.00am
- Peak hours surcharge of 25% of final metered fare: 6.00am – 9.30am (Mon – Fri) and 6.00pm – midnight (Mon – Sun)
By Airport Transfer
If you are staying at the conference hotel and prefer a dedicated pick up service (S$100 nett per vehicle per way), please select this option in the booking form found in the Venue and Booking webpage. A midnight surcharge of S$25 nett per vehicle per way will apply for transfers between 2300 to 0700 hrs.
