Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be done through the registration site. Cancellations received after 2 Jan 2017 7 Jan 2017 will be charged an administrative fee of US$200.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER 6 JAN 2017 9 JAN 2017.
